What is Craniosacral Therapy?

What To Expect

In a craniosacral therapy session you remain clothed so please wear something comfortable that is not restrictive.  You will be lying face up on the table the whole time.  The room will be dim with music playing.  I will quietly and softly listen to your body and follow what it wants to work on.  Most clients fall asleep or fall into a quasi sleep state.

Things To Consider

Many of the clients that are referred to Craniosacral Therapy because of the positive effects that it has on the nervous system.  But, the other two primary benefits of Craniosacral Therapy sessions are the release of deep imbalances and stored trauma in the body.  If you feel you could benefit from any of these I encourage you to book a session.
