What is Spinal Flow?
The Spinal Flow Technique is a powerful blend of philosophy, science, and intuitive, hands-on healing that helps your body release stress and reconnect to its natural ability to heal. Your body holds an incredible intelligence—one that drives growth, repair, and restoration without effort. Just like your heart beats and your hair grows, your body is wired to thrive.
Spinal Flow taps into this innate energy by working with 33 specific access points along the spine and head. These points help the body recognize and release blockages caused by stress—physical, chemical, or emotional—that interrupt the flow of life force energy. By gently engaging, through a light touch technique, with these access points, the nervous system is invited to release stored stress and restore balance—allowing healing energy to move freely throughout the body. As a certified Spinal Flow Practitioner, I guide this process with focused intention and care. With Spinal Flow, you can: •Interpret your body’s messages – Understand what pain and symptoms are trying to tell you •Identify stored stress – Recognize where tension is being held in your spine •Release blockages – Gently free the areas disrupting your energy flow •Awaken spinal intelligence – Reignite your natural healing capacity •Allow true healing – Support your body in overcoming pain, illness, and dis-ease If you’re ready to experience a deeper level of well-being, Spinal Flow can help you reconnect with your body’s innate power to heal. Let’s explore it together—your path to feeling better starts here.

What To Expect
Working with Spinal Flow begins with a discussion of your health history after which I will conduct an evaluation of the blockages around the spine. In the evaluation we will go through some simple assessments to find out if your condition can be attributed to a spinal blockage. If it is decided that Spinal Flow will be a good fit for you then we will have our first one on one session. Once the session is over we will discuss a treatment plan based on what I found. Spinal Flow is most effective over the course of several sessions. It is often recommended that you get a total of 12 sessions over the course of a month for the most amount of change.
Things to consider
Since Spinal Flow improves the flow of Life Force Energy through the body this modality would be good for anyone who is looking for a better quality of life. However there are some contraindications to consider. This means that there are certain conditions that, if present, may need further consideration before beginning a Spinal Flow treatment.
•Acute Injuries: If you have a recent injury, particularly to the spine, it’s important to consult a healthcare provider before undergoing this technique. •Severe Medical Conditions: Individuals with serious medical conditions such as spinal fractures, tumors, or severe osteoporosis should seek medical advice first. •Uncontrolled Pain: If you are experiencing acute or severe pain that hasn’t been evaluated by a healthcare professional, it’s advisable to get a proper assessment before proceeding. •Neurological Disorders: Certain neurological conditions may require careful consideration. Consulting with a qualified practitioner is essential. •Infectious Diseases: If you have an infectious condition, it’s best to avoid therapy until you are fully recovered. •Recent Surgeries: If you’ve had recent surgery, especially spinal surgery, you should consult your surgeon or healthcare provider. •Severe Mental Health Issues: Those with severe mental health concerns should discuss their treatment options with a qualified mental health professional.
