Spinal Energetics
Are you dealing with chronic fatigue, pain, or anxiety that conventional treatments haven't fully resolved? Do you often feel disconnected from yourself, your intuition, or your sense of purpose? Would you be open to exploring a gentle, intuitive, and empowering approach that works with both your body and energy field to support deep healing? Then Spinal Energetics is for you.
What Is Spinal Energetics?
Spinal Energetics is a holistic healing modality developed by Chiropractor and Counsellor Dr. Sarah Jane. It blends principles from both Eastern and Western traditions to engage with the spine, nervous system, and energetic field. The goal is to activate and support your body's innate intelligence—your inner wisdom—to facilitate healing and transformation.
Each person is more than just a physical body. We are energetic beings, shaped by our thoughts, emotions, ancestry, experiences, and beliefs. Spinal Energetics recognizes that energy flows through every layer of our being—physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and soul—and that disruptions in this flow can affect our wellbeing. Through this work, practitioners aim to guide clients back to a natural state of balance, or homeostasis. This balance is not only a marker of health but is seen as our natural, rightful state of being. Spinal Energetics is a collaborative process. It is not something done to you, but a co-created experience between practitioner and client, fostering deep self-awareness, energetic alignment, and release of stored patterns that may be holding you back.

What To Expect
Sessions typically involve gentle, light touch—or often no physical touch at all. The practitioner works with the body’s energetic and nervous systems, inviting organic responses such as spontaneous movements, shifts in breath, emotional release, and sound.

These responses are not forced—they arise from within, guided by your body’s own energy, intuition, and instinct. Movements may be subtle or expressive; sounds may include sighs, humming, or even vocal expressions. This process helps the body and energy field unwind, realign, and release stored tension or emotional imprints.

Each session is unique and tailored to your individual energetic state. The space is held with care, presence, and attunement, allowing your body to do what it knows how to do: heal.
Things To Consider
Spinal Energetics is generally gentle and non-invasive, but it may not be suitable for everyone. Please inform your practitioner if you:

-
Are currently experiencing severe mental health conditions (such as active psychosis or mania)
-
Are in the early stages of recovery from major trauma and may be easily overwhelmed
-
Have a history of seizures or neurological conditions
-
Are pregnant (modifications can often be made, but it’s important to discuss beforehand)
-
Have a pacemaker or serious heart conditions
-
Are recovering from recent surgery or injury (depending on the area involved)
This work can sometimes bring up emotional release or physical responses. While these are part of the healing process, they may be intense for some individuals. It's important to work with a practitioner who can support and guide you through the integration process.
